  • 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM IST | Mon-Thurs

  • Duration: 30 minutes

  • Nutritional coaching included

All the above sessions will be conducted in group video call on Zoom Application. Corporate sessions can be conducted on work site after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
