Strength Training - Group sessions

  • Recommended for Age group 18+ with moderate endurance levels

  • A mix of body weight workouts and Yoga (includes Pranayama and various Asanas)

  • Weekly nutritional

  • Mon To Thurs

  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM IST

  • Limited Spots

Corporate Sessions

All the above sessions will be conducted in group video call on Zoom Application. Corporate sessions can be conducted on work site after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
